As a Utah native with 6+ years of experience in property management, construction oversight, and real estate operations, I bring a uniquely practical and detail-driven approach to helping clients buy, sell, and manage homes. Before becoming a Realtor®, I was coordinating renovations, negotiating with contractors, managing leases, and navigating the behind-the-scenes work that keeps properties running smoothly. That background gives my clients a major advantage — I understand homes from the inside out.
My real estate work is built on clear communication, calm guidance, and genuine care for the families I work with. I know what it’s like to juggle big decisions while raising little ones, and my goal is to make the entire process feel simple, organized, and stress-free. Whether I’m preparing sellers with accurate net sheets and market strategy, or helping buyers compare lenders, negotiate strong offers, and move smoothly from contract to close, I’m hands-on and fully present the entire way.
In addition to traditional real estate, I also offer support to landlords and Investors, drawing from my background in construction management, vendor coordination, and property operations. My clients appreciate that they can turn to me for trusted guidance on everything from home improvements to investment decisions.
I currently live in Utah County with my husband and our kids, and when I’m not working with clients, I’m usually chasing toddlers, and working on our own home projects.
